Gospel Coach
Super quick post to inform you that this week I’ll be up in Sheffield with the Acts29 Western Europe tribe again. This time it’s to get trained-up in the brand-new Gospel Coach material with none other than Scott Thomas (Head Honcho of the Acts 29 Network). I’m really looking forward to it and hope to return to South Wales refreshed, fired-up and equipped to coach the next generation of Welsh church planters with New Breed.
I’ll post up my reflections on Gospel Coaching once I’m back in the Promised Land.
In the meantime, I’d be really grateful if you’d pray for my time in Sheffield and for my family while I’m away.
Blessinz.

The Acts 29 Coaching Badge!
Super-quick post to inform you that after a marathon 14 months I am now officially qualified as an Acts 29 church planting coach.
It’s been quite some journey and I’m buzzin’ to have finally crossed the finish line. Hilariously, just to keep me humble, I scored a total of 64.5 in my assessment. 65+ means you’re an excellent coach – so I guess I’m not quite there yet!!
Anyway, you might be wondering what a church planting coach is/does. Well in a nut-shell I will be working with men who feel called to plant churches, helping them to get to grips with God’s call on their lives and to make wise, strategic decisions as they venture out on the adventure of planting.
Coaching is not a mentoring or pastoral relationship (in fact it will only happen with the knowledge of consenting church leaders). Rather, coaching is essentially coming alongside to equip, encourage and empower men to do what God’s calling them to do. I won’t be wearing a tracksuit, blowing a whistle or screaming commands at people. I’ll probably be wearing a hoody, swigging coffee and listening a lot!
So if you feel that God might be calling you to plant churches in Wales with Acts 29, get in touch and let’s get cracking…
